What a healthy lawn delivers
Additional grading, leveling, or soil work beyond standard preparation may be recommended and quoted separately depending on lawn conditions.
Core Aeration & Seeding
The lawn is core aerated to relieve compaction and improve seed-to-soil contact. Our Artimuss Turf Type Tall Fescue seed blend is applied at appropriate renovation rates, with additional seed applied to bare or problem areas as needed for even coverage.
Starter Fertilizer
After seeding, a starter fertilizer is applied to support fast germination, strong early root development, and healthy establishment.
Watering Requirement & Results
Proper watering is the single most important factor in renovation success. Seed must remain consistently moist during the germination period. Inadequate or inconsistent watering can result in poor germination, thin coverage, or uneven results. We are not responsible for renovation failure due to improper or inconsistent watering. Detailed watering instructions will be provided.
