Restoration
Aeration and Overseeding
Thick grass starts with soil that breathes and seeds that take hold
Important Conditions
Homeowners must flag all sprinklers, irrigation boxes, and underground drain grates prior to service. Flags are available upon request. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked items, but repairs can be made at the customer’s expense.
For a fee of $95, we can flag all sprinklers and necessary items prior to aeration.
Optional Irrigation Evaluation
For an additional fee of $125, an Irrigation Evaluation can be completed prior to seeding. This service includes flagging all necessary items and verifying that the irrigation system is watering all areas effectively. Any required repairs, including head or nozzle replacements, are not included and will be billed separately.
Aeration & Overseeding
Once all irrigation components are properly flagged, we will core aerate the lawn and apply our Artimuss Turf Type Tall Fescue seed blend. Bare and thin areas will receive additional seed as needed to promote even coverage and successful establishment.
Starter Fertilizer
Following overseeding, a starter fertilizer will be applied to encourage fast germination and strong early root development.
Watering Requirement & Results
Proper watering is the single most important factor in overseeding success. Consistent moisture is required to keep seed from drying out during germination. Failure to water correctly can result in poor germination, thin coverage, or uneven results. We are not responsible for poor results caused by inadequate or inconsistent watering. Watering instructions will be provided and must be followed for best results.
